Weaving to Wear

Shawls

Shawls are some of my favorites because they are fun to weave and so versatile to wear. As with my other products, these shawls are mostly woven of natural fibers like cotton, silk, wool and alpaca. However, recently I have been working with some of the more interesting and wearable man-made fibers like tencel and acrylic, and I hope to try some soy silk soon. If you are looking for elegance, check out some of the silk shawls. Often the cottons are a bit more casual, but certain styles and colors can be pretty dressy, as well. They come in different lengths and weights, so browse the shawl pages and see what might be right for you.
